Sometimes collectors wish to commission their own artwork. Often this is site-specific with a particular space in mind.

Each painting will now be issued with an invoice to confirm sale cost

Owning an artwork entitles you to ownership of the painting itself. The rights to copyright and intellectual property are solely with the artist unless otherwise stated. These rights are never transferred.

Framing is left to the collector as individual preferences and tastes vary significantly for each collector. Framing options can be advised. Suggested Framer services for collectors in Cardiff (UK) can be provided.

Often collectors will install artworks themselves or using their own art handlers. Although an art handling service isn't usually provided by the artist, it may be possible upon request to arrange installation with the artist present. Please contact if this is something that you require.

Sometimes it is possible for the artist to liaise with collectors upon artwork placement in the home/venue. . It is recommended that artworks are out of direct sunlight and away from areas where it may become damaged.

Mock-up visualisations of the work in situ can be provided at the request of the collector

Sometimes a collector may discover an issue with an artwork or have second thoughts about a painting they have purchased, thankfully this is rarely the case.
A standard 14 day return policy is always in order after a painting is received by the collector. It is always advised to confirm a safe delivery of artwork and to contact if there are any issues with the artwork.
